Voting Member (youth or adult)

  • $135/early bird - received on or before March 31st

Visitor (youth, adult, vendor & retired leader not currently serving a congregation)

  • $110/early bird - received on or before March 31st
  • $140/received April 1st - April 23rd

Gala Only

  • $50/early bird - received on or before March 31st
  • $75/received April 1st - April 23rd

Walk-Ins (April 24 - May 2)

  • $200 cost at the door - NO Gala

Printed Report Book

  • $20/book (designate on registration form)
Refund Policy

Please Note:

  • Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees must be received in writing (318 E Fifth St., Storm Lake IA 50588) or by email (kay.broich@wisynod.org). Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees received on or before Friday, April 17th, will be paid in full. Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees received between April 18th and April 24th, will be paid minus a $100 meal charge. No refunds of assembly registration fees will be paid after April 24th.
  • Substitution of voting members is allowed only at initial registration at the registration desk. Once a voting member has been registered, no further substitutions for that voting member will be allowed.
  • The assembly will be used to create video footage, including live steaming, and photography in connection with Western Iowa Synod. By your presence in there, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or on camera. The footage will be available through our website and social media outlets. Further, by your presence, you grant your permission for any material recorded here to be used by the Western Iowa Synod.
