Refund Policy

Please Note:

  • Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees must be received in writing (318 E Fifth St., Storm Lake IA 50588) or by email (kay.broich@wisynod.org). Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees received on or before Friday, April 19th, will be paid in full. Requests for refunds of assembly registration fees received between April 19th and May 2nd, will be paid minus a $100 meal charge. No refunds of assembly registration fees will be paid for requests received on or after the event date.
  • Substitution of voting members is allowed only at initial registration at the registration desk. Once a voting member has been registered, no further substitutions for that voting member will be allowed.
  • Participants’ pictures may be taken as part of group shots and used in synod communications.
